Chef Carrie, founder of Catskills Catering wrote her first cookbook at the age of 5 years old. This led to being trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA and the rest is history. Moving to NYC in 2006 she cut her teeth at top restaurants in the city and worked along the best. She has served as a personal chef for clients in New York/London for over a decade, and also acted as the Head Chef at Seminary Hill in Callicoon, NY.

Her partnerships garnered with farmers and purveyors in the Catskills region was the launching pad for this catering company in 2018.
